Ameen Farooq

Ameen Farooq, PhD, is a distinguished academic and expert in architecture, urban design, and planning, currently serving as a Fulbright Scholar at the U.S. Department of State since October 2015. As a professor at Kennesaw State University since August 2000, Ameen Farooq has contributed significantly to research, teaching, and administration, also holding the position of Chair of the Architecture Department. Ameen Farooq's educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Architecture, Urban Design, Planning, and Policy from the Georgia Institute of Technology and doctoral research in Environmental Design and Planning from the University of Cambridge.
