Catherine MacGregor

Catherine MacGregor currently serves as the Interim Executive Director of the DeKalb Symphony Orchestra and an Instructor of Music at Kennesaw State University, where the focus is on teaching "Music in Society," an introductory music course. Previously, Catherine held several roles at the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, culminating in the position of Donor Engagement Advisor, while also excelling as Manager and Assistant Manager of Donor Engagement. During this time, Catherine was instrumental in developing donor benefit programs and executing high-profile donor tours. Catherine's experience includes serving as the inaugural Front of House Manager for the Hamel Music Center, where significant operational and logistical responsibilities were undertaken. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Emory University and a Master of Music in Violin Performance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
