Enzo Mancuso

Enzo Mancuso has extensive experience in the hospitality and food service industry, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Campus Dining & Hospitality Services and Catering Director at Kennesaw State University since July 2010. Prior to this role, Enzo held the position of Food and Beverage Director at the Department of Natural Resources, overseeing the operations of a State Park Lodge & Conference Center from June 2002 to July 2010. Enzo's background includes various leadership roles at The Ritz-Carlton, Buckhead, including Restaurant Manager, Banquet Manager, and In Room Dining Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing food service operations and teams. Enzo began the career journey at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. as a Head Waiter and Food Server, providing a solid foundation in food and beverage services.
