Jessica Carter

Jessica Carter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both the field of education and the science of event management. As the CEO and Owner of GoalLine Communications since August 2009, Jessica leverages a background as Frequency Coordinator for the NFL, specializing in event coordination and site surveys. In addition to this role, Jessica has served as a Laboratory Coordinator at Kennesaw State University since June 2021 and maintains ongoing responsibilities as an Event Frequency Coordinator for the NFL. Past roles include teaching science at Atlanta Public Schools, conducting research and formulation of silicone rubber at Quality Synthetic Rubber, and various laboratory positions at multiple organizations. Jessica holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Kennesaw State University.
