Lynn Varagona

Lynn Varagona, PhD, MBA, MSN, PMHNP-BC, serves as an Associate Professor of Nursing at Kennesaw State University since 2014 and is the Founder and Principal of Trust Capital Institute since 2007, where a focus on effective teamwork in healthcare has been emphasized for enhancing clinical performance and patient satisfaction. Previously, Lynn held roles such as Senior Practitioner at Conner Partners, where assessments of senior teams were conducted, and Organizational Psychologist at BellSouth, leading the organizational development function and improving employee engagement. Additional experience includes research roles at Yale University School of Medicine and Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, and providing psychotherapy at both Yale New Haven Hospital and Connecticut Mental Health Center. Lynn’s educational background encompasses a PhD in Community/Organizational Psychology, an Executive MBA, and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Post Masters Certificate, alongside degrees in nursing.
