Nic Capomacchia

Nic Capomacchia serves as the Principal Strategic Real Estate Lead at Kennesaw State University since June 2024, bringing extensive experience in real estate project management and strategic planning. Previously, Capomacchia worked as a Real Estate Project Manager for Atlanta BeltLine, focusing on land acquisition and real estate management within a major infrastructure redevelopment program in Atlanta. Capomacchia's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and International Business from The University of Georgia, a Master of Science in Economics from Georgia State University, and a Master's in Real Estate Development from Georgia Institute of Technology.
