Ray K.

Ray K. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ray started their career at Walt Disney World as a College Program Intern in 2007. Ray then worked as an Easytech Associate at Staples from 2007 to 2011. After that, they joined Georgia Highlands College as a Client Support specialist and later as a Systems Support Professional, where they provided IT support and worked on web development projects. In 2012, they joined Kennesaw State University, initially as a Sr. Systems Support and later as the Senior Systems Engineer Windows/Mac and Director of Desktop Engineering. In this role, they led teams responsible for desktop provisioning, support, patch management, and software distribution. Ray K. has demonstrated expertise in system engineering, IT support, and web development throughout their career.

Ray K. obtained a BBA degree in Computer Information Systems from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business, from 2003 to 2009. Ray also obtained certifications including Jamf Certified Admin and Jamf Certified Tech from Jamf in 2020 and 2019 respectively. Additionally, they obtained an Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT) certification from Apple in 2011.
