Roxanne Donovan

Roxanne Donovan, PhD, is a prominent figure in academia, serving as the Founder and Coach at WellAcademic since April 2015, where the focus is on supporting diverse faculty in achieving healthier and more fulfilling work lives through psychology-based practices. With an extensive career at Kennesaw State University since August 2007, Roxanne Donovan holds multiple roles including Professor of Psychology and Interdisciplinary Studies, Assistant Chair of the Interdisciplinary Studies Department, and has served as Special Assistant to the Dean and Interim Associate Dean of Academic Affairs. Prior experience includes a position as Assistant Professor of Psychology at the University of Massachusetts Boston and training as a Predoctoral Intern at the University of South Florida's Mental Health Institute. Roxanne Donovan earned a PhD in Clinical Psychology, a Graduate Certificate in Women's Studies from the University of Connecticut, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing.
