Tom Devaney

Tom Devaney, MBA, CPA, serves as a Senior Lecturer and Executive Director of Accounting and Finance EMBA Programs at Kennesaw State University since January 2013. As the Founder and Senior Partner of Devaney Associates since 1984, Tom has cultivated a firm recognized for its service, technical expertise, and innovative solutions. Previous academic roles include Assistant Professor of Accounting and Finance at Hartwick College from 2008 to 2012, and leadership positions at Scott, Bankhead & Co. and Thomas F Devaney, CPA, PC. With extensive industry experience, including roles such as Controller at C.T. Main Constructors, Inc. and Accounting Manager at Scientific Atlanta, Tom holds a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Kennesaw State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the State University of New York at Oswego.
