Veronica Jones Sheehan

Veronica Jones Sheehan has extensive experience in academic support and student services, currently serving as the Assistant Director for the SMART Center at Kennesaw State University since December 2009. In this role, Veronica leads training for over 85 tutors, oversees academic support initiatives, and manages student employment at the center, catering to approximately 50,000 students. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Program Coordinator for Adult & Commuter Student Affairs at Kennesaw State University, where Veronica guided nontraditional students and military veterans. Veronica's earlier roles include coordinating student development efforts at Piedmont Technical College, where notable projects increased enrollment, and serving as a Client Service Manager at Rockefeller & Co., Inc., providing comprehensive support to high net worth clients. Veronica holds a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from Georgia Southern University and a Bachelor’s degree from Salisbury University.
