Chris started their career at Reed in 2000 as a Temporaries Consultant/Business Manager before moving onto Hudson in 2004 as a Principal Consultant. In 2007, they joined Reed Specialist Recruitment as a Business Manager and later transitioned to Morgan McKinley in 2009 as a Managing Consultant. From 2010 to 2012, Chris worked at Robert Half International as a Division Manager - Interim and Contract. In 2012, they joined Howett Thorpe as a Director and worked there until 2016 when they became a Director & Co-Founder at Kenneth Brian Associates.

Chris Latham attended Bangor University from 1995 to 1998, where they studied English Literature with a focus on British and Commonwealth literature.
