Alicia Molitor

Alicia Molitor has extensive work experience in the fashion industry. Alicia started their career at Donna Karan in 1997 as a Design Manager, where they managed the design process, sourced materials, and communicated with factories. Alicia then joined Kenneth Cole Productions in 2003 as a Design Manager, later becoming the Design Director and ultimately the Vice President of Design Services. In their roles at Kenneth Cole, they were responsible for creating seasonal color palettes, working with design teams to ensure brand consistency across collections.

Alicia Molitor attended Eastside Catholic from 1987 to 1991, but there is no information on the degree or field of study pursued during this time. Then, from 1991 to 1995, they studied Fashion Merchandising and Design at Washington State University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree.
