Chip Brady

Chip Brady is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and IT infrastructure, currently serving as the Director of the Program Management Office at Kennicott since June 2022. In this role, Chip established and scaled a company-wide PMO, enhancing strategic project execution and cross-functional alignment, while also modernizing internal communications through a Microsoft Teams Voice architecture. Prior to Kennicott, Chip spent over a decade at Gallagher, progressing through various leadership positions, including Senior Director of M&A/Infrastructure PMO, where oversight included managing a high volume of IT infrastructure and M&A programs. Notable achievements include building Regional Service Delivery Teams and implementing formal project life cycle management frameworks. Chip holds a Master of Arts in History from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Columbia College Chicago.
