Vishal Gahrotra

Vishal Gahrotra serves as the Director of the Program Management Office at Bluebash since February 2025, leading an 80-member software development organization and establishing governance frameworks and project delivery processes. Prior to this role, Vishal was a Digital Project Manager at Primus Software Corporation, where initiatives in Industry 4.0 and IoT-based monitoring systems were spearheaded. Experience includes managing digital transformation projects at NSMX and CIPL, achieving significant operational efficiencies and accuracy. Vishal began a career in management at GENPACT LLC and WNS Global Services, after obtaining a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Kulachi Hans Raj Model School.
