Jadi Anderson serves as the Director of Marketing and Product Development at Kenny's Candy & Confections since September 2013, where strategic leadership of marketing, graphics, and product development teams has led to accelerated brand growth. Responsibilities include maximizing a 7-figure marketing budget for two national consumer packaged goods candy and snack brands, generating key performance indicators and brand success guidelines, and analyzing syndicated brand data for actionable growth plans. Previously, Jadi held the position of Business Manager at NutHeads and worked as an HR Generalist at Arvig. Jadi Anderson holds a degree in Leadership and Management from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business, earned between 2007 and 2011.
