Robert Rosen

Rob Rosen is an accomplished legal and business professional with extensive experience in cross-border financing transactions and securities offerings. Since May 2014, Rob has served as CEO, Co-CEO, and General Counsel at Kenon Holdings Ltd. Previously, Rob was Senior Managing Director at P&C Ventures Limited, where responsibilities included consulting for stakeholders in complex equity securities offerings. Earlier career experiences include serving as Counsel at Linklaters, focusing on advising various transaction participants, and as an Associate at Mandel, Katz & Brosnan LLP and Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP, representing clients in distressed asset trades and financing transactions, respectively. Rob holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting, a Juris Doctor, and a BA in International Relations from the University of Pittsburgh and Boston University, and attended Emerson High School.
