Heidi Bassler

Heidi Bassler possesses over 15 years of experience in educational roles, currently serving as a Licensed School Counselor at Kenosha Unified School District since August 2007. In this position, Heidi created and implemented a comprehensive social emotional learning program for students, staff, and parents. Additionally, as Program Coordinator for K-8 Attendance, responsibilities included designing leadership trainings to boost student engagement and reduce truancy, alongside collaboration with government and social service entities. Prior experience as Manager of Professional Development at Impact Networking, LLC involved leading a team focused on curriculum design, training delivery, and coaching. Heidi holds a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside.
