Michael Maxson

Michael Maxson is an experienced education professional with a diverse background in school leadership and teaching. Currently serving as a Science Teacher at Kenosha Unified School District since September 2020, Michael previously held the position of Head of School at Eastbrook Academy from July 2017 to December 2019. Prior experience includes Middle School Principal at Oak Creek Franklin School District, where responsibilities involved overseeing a collaborative culture among staff to support over 500 students, and Director of Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment at Campbellsport School District, leading K-12 curriculum development. Michael began a career in education as a Junior High Principal, effectively managing a middle school and supporting instructional staff. Michael holds an M.A. in Educational Leadership from Marian University and a B.A. in Biology from Evangel University.
