Aily Nguyen has extensive work experience in supply chain management and business transformation.

In the most recent role at Kensing, Aily served as the Chief Transformation Officer, responsible for overseeing transformative initiatives within the company from December 2022 onwards. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Transformation from November 2021 to January 2023.

Before joining Kensing, Aily worked at SI Group as the Senior Director of Business Transformation from September 2018 to July 2021.

From 2013 to 2018, Aily held the position of Director of Global Supply Chain at Addivant. In this role, they were responsible for providing functional leadership and vision in sourcing, logistics, and customer service. Aily also focused on developing lean processes, daily management, and policies to optimize the supply chain for Addivant Americas.

Aily also served as the Director of Supply Chain & Strategic Sourcing at KAMAN Composites in 2013. In this role, they formed and led a unified supply chain organization and strategy to optimize total cost of ownership across multiple Kaman Composites sites.

Prior to KAMAN Composites, Aily worked as the Senior Supply Chain Manager at Kaman Helicopters (a division of Kaman Aerospace Corporation) from October 2011 to January 2013. Aily played a key role in transitioning the organization into an integrated supply chain to improve cost and customer satisfaction.

Aily's earlier career includes roles such as Site Manager, Supply Chain, and Purchasing Manager at Power Solution, Lean Logistics Manager at Sargent Manufacturing (Assa Abloy), and various procurement roles at Gems Sensors (Danaher). Aily also worked as an Engineering Material Specialist at Nidec Motor Corporation and a Document Control Specialist II at XOMA.

Throughout their career, Aily has focused on implementing lean methodologies, optimizing supply chains, and driving results that contribute to the bottom line.

Aily Nguyen attended Trinity College-Hartford from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree. Aily'sfield of study encompassed Biology, Pre-Med, and Performing Arts.
