Brian Clarke

Brian Clarke is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive roles across various sectors. As a co-founder and retired Of Counsel at Kensington International Executive Search, Brian played a key role in establishing the firm since August 1989. Previously, Brian served as the Immediate Past Chair of the Board of Trustees at Chicago Theological Seminary from October 2018 to October 2022. At The First National Bank of Chicago, Brian held positions as Vice President of Global Industries, where responsibilities included leading a team for the marketing of financial products, and as AVP of HR, acting as a business partner for Cash Management Sales. Early career experience includes managing corporate training and recruitment at The Quaker Oats Company. Brian holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Personnel Administration and Labor Relations from Indiana University Bloomington.
