Catherine Plumridge

Catherine Plumridge is an accomplished Lead Business Analyst currently with Kensington Mortgages since January 2024. Prior to this role, Catherine served as Lead Business Architect at Aldermore Bank from April 2018 to January 2024, where a new business architecture function was developed to meet the needs of the FirstRand Group, alongside leading the establishment of a 70-member Business Analysis and Continuous Improvement practice. Previous to Aldermore, Catherine held various positions, including Senior Business Analyst at Marks and Spencer, and Senior Business Analyst at Specsavers, where significant contributions were made to both Product Lifecycle Management and CRM programs. Catherine's early career includes roles at EDS and Intel, where expertise in business analysis across multiple domains was demonstrated. Catherine holds a BSC Hons in Analysis, Design, Technology from The Open University.
