Richard Nightingale

Richard Nightingale is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in the financial services and mortgage sectors. Currently serving as the Group HR Director at Kensington Mortgages since June 2014, Richard plays a key role in managing human resources for the largest non-bank mortgage lender in the UK, overseeing a substantial asset portfolio. Prior to this position, Richard held several senior HR roles, including Head of Human Resources at Sun Life Financial from July 2009 to May 2014, and previously as HR Director for Kensington Mortgages, WSP, and Marlborough Sterling. Richard began a career in human resources at Sun Life Financial, where Richard served as HR Director from February 2001 to February 2002.
