Shane Brownen

Shane Brownen has a diverse work experience starting from 2006. Shane worked as an Electronics Technician at Mercom UK, where they provided customer technical support, system design/administration, repair and QA of electronic goods, and training for new hardware technicians/engineers. Later, they worked at AE Retail Ltd as an Electronics Technician & Service Manager, where they successfully addressed staff availability challenges, improved customer satisfaction, redesigned shop processes, and increased shop takings. Shane also worked as an IT Consultant at Community Repairs, where they coordinated the IT requirements of a business merger and implemented cloud hosting, backups, and storage.
