Nicole Ballenger

Nicole Ballenger is a seasoned professional in community relations with a background in senior living and marketing. Currently serving as the Director of Community Relations at Kensington Park Senior Living since June 2022, Nicole previously held the position of Coordinator of Team Member Services and Move In Coordinator at The Kensington Falls Church from June 2021 to June 2022. Additional experience includes a role as a Community Relations and Marketing Intern at TidalHealth in late 2020 and a Dining Server position at Kensington Park Senior Living in early 2018. Nicole earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the Perdue School of Business at Salisbury University, graduating in 2021, and completed high school at Our Lady of Good Counsel from 2013 to 2017.
