Erika Baldino has a diverse work experience, starting as a Student Research Biologist at Fairleigh Dickinson University in 2008. Erika then worked as an Environmental Chemist at the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority from 2010 to 2013. In 2013, they took on roles such as Account Executive at Foundation Title, Member of the Board of Directors at Eastern American CDC and North Jersey Chamber of Commerce. Finally, in 2015, they became the Vice President of Business Development at Kensington Vanguard National Land Services, LLC.

Erika Baldino completed their High School education at Audubon High School from 2002 to 2006, earning a High School diploma in High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates.
