Sharmilaa Kannan

As Vice President of Human Resources, Sharmilaa Kanaan prides herself for being a “hands - on” VP and lives by the adage of, “Take care of your employees and they will take care of you.” With over 16 years’ experience in HR functions including core operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and L&D, she is an invaluable asset to Kensium. Sharmilaa has the distinct honor of being recognized as one of the HR 40 under 40 Leaders of 2019 and received the award of Most Innovative Training Leader in the Asia-Pacific in 2018.

When Sharmilaa isn’t working, she enjoys DIY projects, reading, and spending time with her daughter.
