Andrew has had over 21 years working in education - as a teacher, a middle leader, and now as a member of the Senior Leadership Team at Kent College. Andrew's teaching career has seen him work in the UK, Qatar, and Thailand. He has a BSc in Computers and Psychology from Plymouth University and a teaching qualification in Educational Psychology from Leicester University.
