Asta Urbonaviciute, Assoc CIPD, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Asta began their career at Tieto, where they worked as a Business Assistant for the Marketing, Quality, and HR departments. Asta then took on the role of HR Administrator at Tieto before moving on to SEB, a leading Nordic financial services group, where they served as an HR Administrator specializing in Compensation and Benefits. Asta then joined Dorchester Collection, a portfolio of luxury hotels, as a Talent Assistant. Following this, they worked at Wayfair as a Recruiting Coordinator, supporting the largest online-only retailer of home furnishings and housewares in the US. Asta subsequently joined M&G plc, a global asset management company, where they held various positions including Resourcing Assistant, International HR Assistant, HR Consultant, and HR Business Partner. Asta is currently working at KEF | Kent Engineering & Foundry as an HR Generalist for Europe.
