Villie Tsang is a highly experienced professional with expertise in growth marketing, digital strategy, and brand management. Villie has held various leadership roles in companies like KEF | Kent Engineering & Foundry, GP Batteries, Hubble Design, STAKK Factory Limited, Asia Miles, Hong Kong Design Centre, Taste Interiors International Limited, The Thinking Hotel, Central Saint Martins College Of Art and Design, and CNN International.

At KEF, Villie held the position of VP, Growth and Customer Engagement, Head of Global Digital Strategy. Villie strategized and led growth marketing initiatives to enable direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand. Villie'srole also involved driving web 3.0 initiatives to build community engagement across physical, digital, and virtual brand touchpoints across the customer journey.

At GP Batteries, Villie served as Head of Global Digital Strategy. Villie implemented a five-year digital and innovation strategy to spearhead digital transformation and change management within the wider GP Group for both brands. Villie also managed the global digital budget and rebuilt the digital ecosystem to drive consumer-centric and data-driven growth marketing strategies.

Villie has also worked at Hubble Design (Innovation & Design Consultancy), where they served as a Digital Storyteller, Innovation Strategist, Brand Management, and Design Researcher. Villie'sresponsibilities included design research, innovation strategy, and service design for various clients.

Furthermore, at STAKK Factory Limited, Villie held the role of Chief Design Officer. Villie was responsible for the overall brand strategy of STAKK as a content publisher, designing a new business model, and driving business growth. Villie also led diverse teams and contributed to the brand's success in winning industry awards.

Throughout their career, Villie has demonstrated their expertise in digital strategy, brand management, innovation, design research, marketing, and organizational development. Villie has a strong track record of driving digital transformation and implementing innovative marketing strategies for various organizations.

Villie Tsang attended the German Swiss International School from 1993 to 1998 for their primary education. Following this, from 1998 to 2001, they studied at The Bishop Strachan School. Tsang then enrolled at the University of Toronto Scarborough from 2001 to 2005, where they pursued a joint program in Visual Arts (Studio) and New Media Design & Communications with Centennial College, earning a Hon. B.A. (With Honors) degree. Concurrently, from 2002 to 2005, Tsang attended Centennial College, where they completed an Ontario College Graduate Certificate in New Media Design with Honors. In 2004, Tsang participated in a Summer Exchange Program with Università degli Studi di Siena, focusing on Modern Italian Culture and Art History. In 2003, they also took part in a Summer Exchange Program with the University of Toronto and Queens University, exploring Art and Architecture of Britain and British Studies. Lastly, Tsang pursued a Master of Arts (M.A. Distinction) degree in Innovation Management at the University of the Arts London from 2010 to 2012, specializing in Central Saint Martins.
