Juergen Schaper is an accomplished leader in the energy sector with extensive experience in operations, performance management, and engineering across various power generation facilities. Currently serving as the Director of Operations for Energy from Waste at FCC Environment since August 2015, Juergen oversees the operation of multiple facilities in the UK and manages a team of 33 staff at the Lincoln EfW plant, with full P+L accountability. Previous roles include Head of Asset Performance and Design Authority at EDF Energy, where Juergen was responsible for the long-term asset management of coal-fired power stations, and Engineering Manager at E.ON UK, overseeing engineering and maintenance operations.
