Chad Steffen

Chad Steffen has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as the Director of Sales for Landsberg Phoenix Operations in 2012. In this position, they managed all P&L and managerial aspects of the Landsberg Phoenix operation, working with various corporations to supply and manage packaging and equipment requirements.

Prior to that, Chad worked for Landsberg, a subsidiary of Amcor Ltd., as the Division Manager and Director of Inside Sales and National Customer Service from 2008 to 2012. Amcor Ltd. is the largest packaging company in the world, and Chad was responsible for overseeing inside sales and national customer service.

From 2000 to 2007, Chad worked for H&R Block / Option One Mortgage, where they held positions such as Director Call Center Operations and Business Support, as well as Manager of Client Relations and Online Support.

Chad's career began in 1996 at APAC Teleservices, where they progressed from a customer support phone representative to an Assistant Center Business Manager. This firm specialized in outsourced technical and customer support.

Chad Steffen pursued their higher education starting in the year 2000 at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Chad completed their Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts in 2003 after three years of study. Following this, Chad enrolled at MidAmerica Nazarene University in 2003 and completed their Master's in Business Administration (MBA) in 2005, specializing in the field of Business.
