James Talbot

James Talbot is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the residential construction industry. Currently serving as the Quality Assurance and Quality Control Manager at Kent Homes since December 2016, James has also held positions as a General Contractor and Production Manager. Prior experience includes a tenure at David Weekley Homes from August 2008 to November 2016, where James managed all phases of new home construction as a Lead Builder, collaborating with management and sales on product development. Earlier roles include Builder at David Weekley Homes and Superintendent at Maronda Homes. James co-owned Talbot & Ryan Construction Co. Inc. for 16 years, specializing in high-end custom homes and remodels. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Materials/Wood Science and Technology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
