Courtney Furst

Courtney Furst is a Territory Sales Manager at Kent Nutrition Group, serving as an ARPAS certified equine nutritionist for horse owners in New York since March 2021. Previously, Courtney held roles including General Management for Dairy Operations at JJ Alishauskas Inc., overseeing trucking, custom harvest, and dairy farm operations, as well as Director of Livestock and Feed Operations at Fleisher's Craft Butchery, where significant improvements in profitability and sales were achieved. With experience as an Area Manager for Agri-King, Courtney successfully built a nutrition program for over 1500 cows in a new territory, and as Herd Manager at Gallagher Farms, expanded the milking herd from 350 to 625 while improving herd health and productivity. Courtney holds a Dairy Herd Management degree from the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Morrisville.
