Emmanuel David currently serves as the Lead Desktop Support Technician at Kent State University, providing advanced technical support and supervising lower-level technicians. Previously, Emmanuel held the position of Lead Technology Support Engineer at Access Bank Plc, where data visualization tools and SQL queries were utilized to enhance business decision-making and improve reporting accuracy. Emmanuel is pursuing a Master of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice and has already completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a focus on Cybersecurity at Kent State University.
