Kristan Dolan started their work experience in 1999 as an Assistant General Manager for the Canton Crocodiles, where they assisted in sales, marketing, and team operations. From 2001 to 2003, they served as the General Manager for the Rockford RiverHawks, managing day-to-day team operations and sales. Kristan then worked as an Administrator/Lead Processor for National Benefit Brokers from 2003 to 2005, where they processed insurance applications and updated policies. From 2005 to 2011, they worked for the Cleveland Indians as a Coordinator, Special Events & Catering, where they successfully coordinated over 100 events annually and played a key role in increasing event revenue. Since 2011, they have been the Director of Marketing for Kent State University Athletics, developing marketing strategies and implementing plans through various media outlets.
Kristan Dolan obtained an Associate's degree from Lakeland Community College from 1995 to 1997. Following that, from 1997 to 1999, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management from Campbell University.
