Matthew Bungard

Matthew Bungard has a strong background in information technology and has held various roles in the field. Matthew started their career at The University of Akron in 2003 as a Sr Technology Support Analyst and later became a Sr Systems Analyst Programmer. In 2015, they joined Kent State University as a Sr. Systems Administrator and subsequently became a Sr Applications Developer and then Manager, Information Technology. Currently, they serve as the Lead Applications Developer at Kent State University.

Matthew Bungard holds a Master's Degree in Information Systems Management from The University of Akron, which they obtained from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The University of Akron from 1999 to 2003. In addition to their formal education, Matthew Bungard has obtained various certifications, including Data Leadership, Culture, and Strategy Institute from EDUCAUSE, ITIL Foundation v2 from ITIL, and PMP from the Project Management Institute in 2011.
