Noman Hassan

Noman Hassan is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in the contact center domain, currently serving as a Sr Lead Applications Developer Analyst for Genesys at TELUS Digital since March 2025. Prior to this role, Noman held the position of Senior Genesys Application Specialist at Tykans Group Inc., where responsibilities included designing Genesys routing strategies and engaging in technical activities such as sprint planning and software development life cycle processes.
