Nikki Marchmon-Boykin serves as an Adjunct Faculty Member at Kent State University in the Department of Pan-African Studies since May 2018, instructing College Credit Plus Black Experience I and II courses. Additionally, since 1994, Nikki Marchmon-Boykin has been a Social Studies Educator at Kent City Schools' Theodore Roosevelt High School, teaching various Social Studies subjects and designing curriculum aligned with Ohio Content Standards. From 2005 to June 2014, Nikki Marchmon-Boykin directed the Kent Scholars Program, aimed at fostering academic excellence and leadership among African American students in a supportive environment. Nikki Marchmon-Boykin holds a Master of Education in School Counseling and a Bachelor of Science in Education, both obtained from Kent State University.
