Patti McCoy

Patti McCoy is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management, customer service, and community engagement. Currently, Patti serves as the Assistant Director for Chapter and Volunteer Programs at Kent State University, focusing on enhancing alumni participation in university activities. Prior to this role, Patti held various positions including Member Services and Stewardship Manager at WKSU, where responsibilities encompassed member support and donor relations, and Store Facilities Specialist at Jo-Ann Stores, Inc., managing facilities for the nation's largest fabric and craft retailer. Additional experience includes roles in merchandising, community organization, technical writing, telesales coordination, executive assistance, and contributing to the development and support of electronic greeting card kiosks at American Greetings. Patti holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Kent State University and an Honors Diploma from Ellet High School.
