Ondřej Procházka

Ondřej Procházka is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data analytics and operations, currently serving as BI Leader and Data Team Lead at Kentico since October 2021. In this role, Ondřej is responsible for developing reports and dashboards, collaborating with various business teams, defining metrics for the Xperience product, testing hypotheses, and participating in data modeling. Prior to Kentico, Ondřej worked at Kiwi.com from September 2015 to September 2021, where responsibilities included maintaining and analyzing customer support results as a Senior Operations Analyst, managing task assignments in the Customer Support department, and producing reports. Ondřej began a career in operations as an Order Processing Specialist and Project Manager at KOFI-KOFI servis spol. s r. o. Ondřej holds a Master's degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedicine and Bioinformatics from Brno University of Technology.
