Jenna Sprattler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in site reliability engineering and cloud networking. Currently serving as a Staff Site Reliability Engineer at Kentik, Jenna specializes in architecting and optimizing microservices-based infrastructure, achieving significant cost reductions through strategic cloud management. Previous roles include Lead Cloud Network Engineer and Senior Network & Security Engineer at Thomson Reuters, where Jenna led teams in cloud security, incident management, and the implementation of automated CI/CD pipelines. With a background in network support at Kudelski Security and TDS®, Jenna possesses strong technical skills in various cloud environments including AWS, Azure, and GCP, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media Studies and an Associate degree in Network Security.
