Jessica Moss Ramsey

Jessica Moss Ramsey is an experienced professional in technology services and GIS analysis, currently serving as the Director of Technology Services at Kenton County Fiscal Court since May 2017. Previously, Jessica worked as a GIS/Business Analyst and Project Manager for the City of Covington, where responsibilities included identifying business requirements and performing gap analyses to enhance operational efficiency. Positions held also include Research Associate/GIS Crime Analyst at the University of Cincinnati Institute of Crime Science, where Jessica created crime analysis reports, and various GIS-related internships and roles, including responsibilities for maintaining GIS databases and conducting spatial analysis. Jessica holds a Master's degree in Geography (GIS) and a Bachelor's degree in Geography from the University of Cincinnati.
