Joe Shriver

Joe Shriver has extensive experience in local government administration, having served as the County Administrator and Deputy Judge/Executive for Kenton County Fiscal Court since January 1999, with a notable dual role as County Administrator and Deputy Judge/Executive starting in 2015. Prior to this, Joe Shriver worked in various capacities for the City of Newport, including Human Resource Director & Deputy Chief of Staff and IDENT Coordinator, where recognition included the 1998 Kentucky League of Cities President’s Award for Excellence. Joe Shriver holds a Juris Doctor degree from Northern Kentucky University—Salmon P. Chase College of Law, a Master's in Public Administration from Northern Kentucky University, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Thomas More College.
