Rami Hussein

Commissioning Manager

Rami Hussein, MEM, currently serves as the Commissioning Manager at Kent since July 2025, having previously held similar positions at Petrofac from October 2015 to June 2025. Rami has extensive experience in managing large-scale projects, including the Erawin Field Development Project in Libya valued at $104M and leading instrumentation engineering for the SNOC LPG Import project in Sharjah, UAE, worth $26M. Additional notable projects include significant roles in the Duqm Refinery project and UZ750 artificial islands, with values reaching $2B and $5.2B respectively. Rami's experience extends back to various engineering roles, including Planning Engineer for a $700M project in Kuwait and Construction/Commissioning Instrument Engineer in Algeria. Rami holds a Master of Engineering in Engineering/Industrial Management from the American University of Beirut and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport.
