Sharon Vornholt

Sharon Vornholt is the owner of Innovative Property Solutions, LLC, a real estate investing company in Louisville, KY, specializing in locating and wholesaling properties to landlords and investors for renovation since February 1998. Additionally, Sharon has been a member of the Kentuckiana Real Estate Investors Association since 1998, contributing to a network for real estate investors of various experience levels. Previous experience includes owning and operating AmeriSpec, a successful home inspection company from December 1991 to January 2008, and serving as office manager at Gauri and Ulfe, PSC, an OB/GYN practice, for almost three years prior to starting the home inspection business.
