Jason McGinnis

Jason McGinnis has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as Deputy Director of Operations and previously as Director of Human Resources at the Kentucky Administrative Office of the Courts since February 2013. Prior to this role, Jason held the position of Director of Human Resources at Hitachi Automotive Systems Americas, Inc. from March 2008 to January 2013 and served as HR Manager and Assistant Manager of Human Resources at TOKICO USA INC. from 2004 to 2008 and 1998 to 2004, respectively. Early career experience includes working as a Partnered Staffing Manager at Kelly Services from 1996 to 1998. Jason earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from Eastern Kentucky University between 1992 and 1996, following graduation from Fleming County High School in 1992.
