Shawna Burton

Shawna Burton, IOM, currently serves as General Manager of Events at Ashbourne Farms and holds the position of Director of Member Benefits and Partnerships at the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce since 2020. Previously, Shawna spent 17 years at Greater Louisville Inc. (GLI) in various leadership roles, including Vice President of Engagement and Organizational Advancement, and was responsible for strategic planning, marketing, and member engagement initiatives. Shawna's early career included positions as Market Manager at Draft Worldwide and Accounts Manager at News 4U Magazine, showcasing a strong background in event planning and sales management. Shawna holds a BA in Communications from the University of Louisville and additional leadership training from Ivy Tech Community College and Leadership Louisville.
