Jennifer Bray is an experienced professional in customer experience and ticketing management, currently serving as the Customer Experience Manager at Kentucky Derby Festival since January 2023. Previously, Jennifer spent nearly a decade at Euler Hermes as an Inside Sales Consultant, where responsibilities included managing commercial collections and receivables outsourcing. Jennifer also held the position of Ticketing Manager at Kentucky Derby Festival from January 2018 to May 2022, overseeing all ticket operations for events. Earlier career roles include Director of Venue Services at Kentucky State Fair Board and ticketing management at Singletary Center for the Arts. Jennifer holds a degree from the University of Kentucky, earned between 1985 and 1991.
