Charles Holbrook has a diverse work experience in the field of technology services. Charles started their career in 1999 at Johnson County Schools, where they held various roles such as Asst. DTC/Network Engineer/Systems Administrator and District Technology Coordinator/Network Engineer. In 2017, they joined KEDC - Kentucky Educational Development Corporation as a Senior Systems Engineer and later became the Director of Technology Services. In 2018, they worked as a Technology Teacher at Pikeville Independent Schools.

Charles Holbrook has a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, which they obtained from Morehead State University in 2012. Prior to that, they earned an Associates of Applied Science degree in Management of Information Systems from Prestonsburg Community College - UK in 2002. Charles is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Education from the University of the Cumberlands, with no specified end year.
