Austin Powell

Austin Powell is the Director of Digital Product Development at KET - Kentucky Educational Television since January 2012. Austin also served as a Senior Web Developer in the same company. Prior to that, Austin worked as a Jib Camera Assistant at Olympic Broadcasting Services Vancouver in February 2010. Austin holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Asbury University. At KET, Austin is responsible for supporting and maintaining multiple WordPress and Moodle LMS environments, developing custom plugins, and designing custom themes. As a Jib Camera Assistant, Austin assisted the camera operator at the Cross Country Skiing venue during the 2010 Winter Olympic Games.
